Shipping Policy

General

How can I track my package?

All orders are shipped with a tracking number that can be tracked online via the respective shipping carrier website. If you have misplaced this tracking number please contact customer_support@memes-nyc.com with your order number and we will send you another copy of it.

Can I ship to another address besides my billing address?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer the service of shipping to another address besides your billing address. Any order that has a different shipping address from the billing address will be cancelled and money refunded automatically.

My item has not arrived yet? What do I do?

Please check the tracking number and/or your local post office for information regarding the status of your post office. If you don’t have a copy of the tracking number please contact our customer service department with your order number and we’ll send you another copy of it.

How long do orders take to ship out?

We require one day to process all orders before we ship your order out.

Domestic

What shipping services do you offer?

On domestic orders we offer USPS Parcel Post (5-10 days), Priority (3-4 days), Express Mail (1-2 days) as well as UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Please note that these are estimates and packages may be delayed due to the postal network.

How much does each service cost?

Each order’s shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the order. For information on the shipping cost please use the checkout to see the price of shipping.

Do you ship to this state?

We ship to all 50 states including APO, FPO and AE address along with all other U.S Territories and P.O Boxes.

International

Can you ship my order to my country?

Yes we offer international shipping to over 190 countries.

What shipping service do you use for international orders?

On international orders we offer USPS International Priority Mail (8-14 days) and USPS International Express Mail (5-7 days). Please note that times in transit are only estimates for delivery. Packages may be delayed due to customs, your countries delivery network and natural disturbances in shipping routes.

How much does each service cost?

Who is responsible for customs and import taxes/fees?

Any import duties and taxes that are associated with your order is solely the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or there is damage to the item(s) you purchased in any way and would like to return your purchase please follow these steps:

1.Contact customer service at customer_support@memes-nyc.com, with your order number and the item you would like to return.

2. We will then issue you a return authorization # for that order and an address of where to send your return.

3. Please include your return authorization # on the package or on a piece of paper inside the package when shipping back the item(s). Please remember that all return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Once we receive the item we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping. Shipping is and will always be non-refundable.

*All items must be in unworn condition with all tags to qualify for a return.

*All orders after 14 days will not be accepted.

*All SALE ITEMS are final. No returns accepted.
